Envision Radiology is adding an Executive Assistant to General Counsel & VP of Finance
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Position Pay Range: $55,500 - $69,400
The ideal candidate should be able to easily commute to our Colorado Springs Corporate Office location.
Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available.
Summary/Objective
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the General Counsel & Chief Development in order to increase their time available for Executive-level responsibilities. Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves issues involving the clerical and administrative functions of the corporate office and centers.
Essential Functions
1. Relieves General Counsel & Chief Development Officer of all administrative functions to allow their focus on high level responsibilities such as structure and strategy.
2. Manages all calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence and clerical needs.
3. Answers phone calls on behalf of the General Counsel & Chief Development Officer and directs caller to appropriate individual or takes messages.
4. Coordinates and prepares presentations, reports and project related information.
5. Supports General Counsel & Chief Development Officer with organization and methodology of systems to ensure timeliness and proper follow through on all administrative tasks, including time management and information management.
6. Works in a dynamic, collaborative relationship with Executives, their Executive Assistants, Regional and Center Managers, and Corporate employees.
7. Uses strong interpersonal skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with others and handles sensitive information to maintain confidentiality and behavior that suggests discretion and integrity.
8. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues and individuals inside/outside the Company.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Three plus years’ previous experience in an administrative capacity– previous experience in an Executive Assistant role preferred
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
- Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
Education/Certifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED) – continuing education preferred
