Envision Radiology is adding a Process Documentation Specialist to the team!
Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week | Position Pay Range: $33.20 - $40.00
The role remote in any of the approved states
Open to AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, LA, MO, NE, NC, OK, TX, UT, VA, WA & WI Markets.
Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available.
Summary/Objective:
The Process Documentation Specialist will be responsible for thoroughly documenting Envision’s core processes, policies, and procedures across all departments. The Process Documentation Specialist will ensure consistency in terminology, cross-referencing policies to relevant KPIs, and preparing the content for integration with an AI engine. The Process Documentation Specialist is essential in maintaining clarity, standardization, and accessibility of information, promoting a cohesive and efficient operational environment.
Essential Functions
1. Captures, structures, and maintains comprehensive documentation of all core processes and policies within the organization.
2. Works closely with key stakeholders from each department (IT, Operations, Patient Access, Sales, and Clinical) to understand processes, gather documentation, and clarify terminology.
3. Ensures each process and policy aligns with Envision’s KPIs, identifying and documenting how each policy impacts specific performance metrics.
4. Maintains consistent language and format across all documents, enhancing coherence and ease of use.
5. Develops documentation that is structured and labeled for effective integration into the AI engine, ensuring the content is easily searchable and adaptable for AI-driven insights.
6. Reviews and updates documentation to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with regulatory standards in the medical imaging field.
7. Facilitates training sessions and provide clear communication to teams on the usage of documented processes and policies.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Process Documentation or a similar role
- Strong experience in process documentation, technical writing, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with KPI development and an understanding of healthcare or medical imaging industry standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with documentation management systems and AI-based search platforms is a plus.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent education, training and experience.
