Regional Training Specialist (Hybrid)

Envision Radiology is looking for a Regional Training Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX!
Emphasis will be on our Authorizations Department
Hybrid |Full Time Monday - Friday | Position Pay Range $47,700 - $59,600

Summary/Objective:  

The Regional Training Specialist will be responsible for operational training programs to include both new hire training and recurrent training. This position will be critical in supporting and ensuring the success of company-wide initiatives and the acceptance of change throughout the organization. The Regional Training Specialist will also review current training processes and support Executive leadership in developing new strategies for training and learning.

Essential Functions

1. Creates and designs training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials. Delivers training via face-to-face, phone and web.

2. Trains Area Managers on work flow processes so Area Manager may hold staff accountable for adherence and performance.

3. Audits workflow adherence and provides feedback to Leadership to identify areas of improvement.

4. Contributes to new product development committees for workflow integration to create new efficiencies

5. Provides training for Patient Service Representative, Patient Care Coordinator, Data Entry and Authorization staff (to include side-by-side & remote) and provides Management with a summary of center staff knowledge and performance to include strengths, areas of focus and any observed developmental needs to provide additional training. 

6. Participates in Train-The-Trainer sessions as needed to prepare for large-scale technology rollouts.

7. Supports new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered and shares best practices throughout the field.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in an outpatient clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

·         Previous training experience – preferred

·         Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player

·         Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately

·         Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment

·         Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation

·         Strong communication skills & professional demeanor

Education/Certifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education, training and experience
