Paid Time Off:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Provider Enrollment Specialist in Conshohocken, PA.
Responsibilities
Summary:
The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for researching and resolving Enrollment issues. In this role, the Specialist will work and maintain various spreadsheets used by multiple departments to maintain providers in the billing system and resolve enrollment claim rejection issues.
This position will be considered hybrid with a mix of at home and in office work.
This position is Monday-Friday. No Nights or weekends required!!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal systems to ensure new groups and providers are added to the billing system timely and accurately.
- Maintain internal database of rejected enrollment claims issues. This includes, but is not limited to, research issues, communicate with regional enrollment offices, track and monitor progress, and update billing system to ensure claims are rebilled once issues are resolved.
- Serve as a liaison to regional offices troubleshooting any enrollment issues.
- Consistently work notifications that are received daily regarding providers’ statuses and claims release in the billing system.
- Build knowledge base for payor requirements and forms.
- Develop working knowledge of payor policies for multiple states.
- Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure Envision is as secure as possible.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Maintain high levels of organization while being extremely focused on detail.
- Able to consistently meet time-sensitive deadlines and multi-task in a changing healthcare environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize projects, and troubleshoot and problem solve issues as they arise.
- Capable of maintaining composure and professionalism under circumstances that may at times be stressful.
Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Communications, or English is a plus.
- Database and Excel spreadsheet experience.
- Able to efficiently use computer software applications, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
