Envision Hospicewas established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.
We are looking for caring and hardworkingFull-Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide services to our Hospice Patients in King County,including homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
At this time, we are hiring two CNAs for King County. One will cover South King and up to Seattle and the other one will cover North King and South Snohomish and North of Seattle.

Job Responsibilities:
- Performing personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and incontinence care.
- May perform light housekeeping such as taking the patient's vital signs, assisting with ADLs, and noting any changes for the patient.
- Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly: footstools, side rails, oxygen, etc.
- Reporting on the patient's condition and significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Adhering to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Must have a current and up-to-date WA Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
- Must have at least a year of experience in a similar setting.
- Current driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- CPR Certified through the American Heart Association
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have the ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
