Envision Hospice was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.
We are looking for a caring and hardworking Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide services to patients receiving hospice care in Pierce County, Thurston County, and some of South King County, including homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Performing personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and incontinence care.
- May perform light housekeeping such as keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly, changing sheets, and making their bed.
- Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly: footstools, side rails, oxygen, etc.
- Reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Adhering to the organization’s documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Current WA Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
- Current driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
- CPR Certified through the American Heart Association
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
