Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this full-time position is $150k to $180k annually, complemented by medical, vision, and dental insurance.
Job Description
The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, programs, employees, and facilities, ensuring alignment with our mission and local laws. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strong organizational leadership and stewardship
- Developing new strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives
- Maintaining a strong, effective organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek an entrepreneurial leader with at least 5 years of senior non-profit experience, demonstrating skills in financial management, board development, and communications/public relations.
- Proven track record in sound fiscal management, including budget preparation and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Boards of Directors to cultivate relationships
