Job Description
The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, programs, employees, and facilities, ensuring alignment with our mission and local laws. Key responsibilities include:
- Elevating our public profile and brand through strategic opportunities and community engagement
- Maintaining a strong, effective organization
- Fostering collaborative relationships with clients, families, donors, and community partners
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of senior non-profit experience, demonstrating skills in financial management, board development, and communications/public relations.
- Proven track record in sound fiscal management, including budget preparation and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Boards of Directors to cultivate relationships
