As a member of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for outdoor work, along with a solid understanding of landscape maintenance and installation practices.

Overview Of This Role

• Maintenance of Landscape Beds: Perform tasks such as weeding, seasonal pruning, cutting back perennials and ornamental grasses, leaf removal, mulch cultivation, maintaining bed edges, installing mulch, shrub and hedge trimming.
• Landscape Installation: Assist with the removal and installation of landscapes. Create new or revitalize existing landscapes by installing materials such as soil, shrubs/perennials/trees, edging, fabric/barrier, mulch and decorative stone, and sod.
• Usage of Tools and Equipment: Safely use hedge trimmers, chainsaws, backpack blowers, sod cutters, and other standard tools. Safely operate equipment such as tractors and skid steers. In person training provided.
• Problem Solving: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any challenges on-site to meet timelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely and efficiently with team members in order to meet job completion goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
