Job Summary:
The Sales Manager at Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills is a key management role responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations at our dealership in El Dorado Hills, California. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, setting goals, and developing strategies to achieve and exceed targets while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive sales and a proven track record of success in a management role. This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting sales goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure all sales processes and procedures are followed in compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
  • Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new sales team members.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively sell to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes and finance and insurance (F&I) procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
