Description of the role:
Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our esteemed customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Scan documents from the Service Department
- Stocking vehicles and other accounting tasks if needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication abilities and phone skills
- High school diploma
