Receptionist

Description of the role:

Envision Toyota of Milpitas is seeking a dedicated and professional receptionist with excellent customer service skills. The receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors and will play a key role in representing our company to clients and customers. In addition to greeting guests, the receptionist will also be responsible for various office tasks and managing schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely communication
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry. The salary will be commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, answering any questions and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate team member.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and cafe area.
- Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends.
