What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Cashier/Rentals position at Envision Motors of Milpitas?
Job Summary:
Envision Toyota of Milpitas is seeking a friendly, professional, skilled, reliable and responsible cashier/rental agent to join our team. The cashier/rental agent will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner. The position requires the operation of a cash register, the handling of bank deposits, submitting payment requests to 3rd party extended warranty companies, maintaining accounting schedules, the operation of a phone line, and assisting with rentals customers. We're looking for an individual who is motivated to handle multiple tasks at once and has above average communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Take payment from customers
- Input transactions into Excel data sheet
- Balance cash drawers and receipts at the end of the day
- QC repair orders for errors
- Maintaining account schedules
- Submit invoices to 3rd party companies, insurance companies, etc. for payment
- Scanning all service and parts documents
- Generating rental contracts and explaining the contract in it's entirety to the customer.
- Assisting in maintaining the customer bar area

- 8 hour shift (with some periodically overtime)
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Saturday with one day of in the middle of the week
