Envision Physician Services is seeking a board eligible or board-certified Neonatologist to lead the Level III NICU at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC). We are building a team that will support this community hospital’s goal of keeping baby and family together as well as close to home. SRMC’s NICU has 8-beds. Their top three strategic initiatives are to incrementally increase NICU volumes, acuity, and promote breastfeeding after delivery with outpatient lactation support. The top-quality initiatives that the hospital will be focusing on are obtaining Baby Friendly status and having zero percent mortality and CLABSI rates.

Opportunity Details :
Collaborative care of the newborn nursery and Level III NICU patients with the NNP during the night (16-hour shifts)
Average daily census : NICU 3.6; Nursery 5.6
Reporting Structure : The Medical Director will report directly to the Regional Medical Director.
