We’re looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented professional to handle construction accounting & administration in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong financial expertise, the ability to manage budgets, reports, and compliance, and the confidence to lead accounting functions for construction projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee project finances, including budgets & cost tracking

✔ Prepare financial statements (GAAP/accrual-based)

✔ Manage A/P, A/R, payroll & financial audits (SOX compliance)

✔ Process invoices, contractor bills & purchase orders

✔ Collaborate with project managers & suppliers on financial matters

✔ Support corporate accounting teams with data analysis

✔ Ensure compliance with tax laws & financial regulations

🔹 Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔ Experience in construction accounting & financial audits

✔ Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, SupplyPro/BuildPro

✔ Understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting & SOX compliance

✔ Strong organizational skills & ability to work under pressure
