Our client is seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Document Controller and Data Analyst for Data Center Manufacturing Construction support in Jacksonville, FL.
We are seeking a full time person who can be onsite in Jacksonville, Fl with experience in Manufacturing document control or Construction business processes.
Comp $90-130k, Health insurance, 401k match, PTO

Your qualifications should be:
- BIM Document Control Expertise: Strong experience managing, organizing, and maintaining digital models and project documents.
- Work Instruction & SOP Creation: Ability to develop and refine standard operating procedures to support project workflows.
- Data Analysis & Reporting Skills: Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel VBA, and SQL to structure and analyze data.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot documentation and data challenges.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity in documentation and data processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology with a focus on document control.
- Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, or other construction technology tools.
- Exposure to ERP or financial reporting systems for integration with document management.
- Knowledge of database administration, business intelligence, or process improvement methodologies.
What you’ll do…
- Support the onsite quality team to ensure manufacturing standards are upheld across projects.
- Manage documentation and reporting processes, including manufacturing reports, customer reporting, and BIM-related documentation.
- Address and coordinate BIM issues, Takt Time, and Right First Time (RFT) metrics to ensure efficient project workflows.
- Analyze inspection findings to identify quality concerns, opportunities for improvement, and preventive actions.
- Leverage data insights to implement corrective actions, driving long-term quality improvements in the manufacturing process.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
