Our client is a Billion Dollar multi-national company located in Boca Raton and they are seeking a HR Compensation Manager to join their team!
The Compensation & HR Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing key processes, including performance reviews, merit adjustments, and managing bonus eligibility files. This role supports the development of a formal pay structure, centralizes the management of job descriptions, and integrates market pricing analyses. Reporting directly to the Director of Compensation and HR Administration, the position focuses on delivering efficient and timely HR operational support to leaders and employees. Success in this role requires exceptional professionalism, a positive service-oriented attitude, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Oversee and communicate the annual performance review process for eligible employees.
- Lead and manage the annual merit increase process, ensuring timely implementation of pay changes.
- Administer and communicate quarterly and annual incentive and bonus programs, ensuring payments are completed by deadlines.
- Conduct market pricing for positions, draft job descriptions, and perform compensation analysis and research.
- Assist in developing a formal pay structure and assigning positions to appropriate job grades.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts and field HR to address employee issues promptly, thoroughly, and confidentially, engaging additional resources as needed.
- Educate employees on Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards, ensuring compliance and understanding.
- Execute back-office HR functions, including data entry, report generation, data reconciliation, mailings, filing, and correspondence.
