What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at enVision Staffing Solutions?
Our Commercial and Residential Construction client is growing and we are seeking the ideal canididate to join the Project Management team.
We have several similar opportunities from Broward to Palm Beach with other companies, as well as Permitting, Estimating and Superintendent roles.
This role could be onsite or hybrid, and our search is for someone with experience in the Project Management role with 3 or more years of experience.
You should be able to execute on the following:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Initiating all formal correspondence with Owner and Architect
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Participate in project estimates
- Set up and manage the project budget
- Participate in selection of subcontractors
- Ensure the compliance with building codes and other regulatory requirements
- Coordination with Architects, Engineers and other Design professionals
- First responder and ready to communicate delays or issues
- Maintaining change request logs and control changes
- Monitoring and assisting the Project Engineer with preparation of close-out documents, shop drawing approvals, breakdowns for payments and payment requests
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills (PMP a plus)
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
