Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing restoration, construction, and roofing company dedicated to serving our commercial clients and becoming an extension of their risk and asset management teams. They are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Analyst to join their team.
The Lead Financial Analyst will have a critical role in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, conducting comprehensive analyses, managing special projects, and supporting month-end close activities.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including comprehensive analysis and special project support, while also assisting with month-end close processes.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with supporting schedules, conducting variance analysis on financial results.
- Conduct ad-hoc business and financial analyses, leveraging various databases and collaborating with operational teams to support senior management in decision-making and strategy. This may involve analyzing and summarizing large data sets.
- Review financial reports and records, providing recommendations regarding reserves, assets, and expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of monthly forecasts and annual budgets, including related schedules and presentations.
- Develop financial models to enhance planning and forecasting efficiency, support new initiatives, and accurately reflect evolving business economics and structures.
- Assist in preparing support schedules for the annual audit and tax compliance.
- Contribute to special accounting projects as assigned.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in implementing solutions.
