What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manufacturing Manager position at Envision Staffing Solutions?
Our manufacturing client with 5 locations is adding a new position of SENIOR MANUFACTURING MANAGER to the Michigan site, outside of Detroit. Will report to the General Manager of MI and MA locations.

Education and Experience we are seeking :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in cannabis or another regulated industry.
- 3 years of direct supervisory experience, managing large teams (100 employees) across multiple shifts.
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- OSHA 30 Certified.
- Proven experience in managing complex value streams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in production management, continuous improvement, and operations.
- Expertise in value stream mapping and leading Lean manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build and manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of METRC software preferred.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
