Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and groundskeeping, with experience in using both power and hand tools. This role involves maintaining and irrigating various garden and lawn areas, ensuring that our clients' landscapes are not only beautiful but also healthy and thriving.
Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on lawns, gardens, and landscapes to ensure optimal health and appearance.
- Irrigate plants and lawns according to specific needs, adjusting systems as necessary.
- Conduct groundskeeping activities, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their landscape maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other gardening equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems and lawn care practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
