We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Caretaker to join our team. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Care for gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper irrigation practices.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various groundskeeping tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, applying fertilizers or pesticides as necessary.
- Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and garden maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.

Pay: $16.16 - $17.06 per hour
