Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior MES Engineer with expertise in Syncade MES and enterprise system optimization. This role will be responsible for enhancing system integration, optimizing performance, and leading upgrades across MES and supporting applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Syncade MES, InfoBatch, SQL Server, ETL processes, and API-based integrations to support high- load manufacturing environments.

·        Key Responsibilities:

·        Syncade MES Optimization & Upgrades: Lead the upgrade to Syncade 6.12, ensuring system stability, improved performance, and compatibility with new enterprise IT standards.

·        System Integration Re-Architecture: Redesign existing integrations by replacing legacy SC Consumer/MSMQ with an API-driven framework, optimizing interfaces, and eliminating performance bottlenecks.

·        Data Archival & ETL Optimization: Improve EMES data archival, BI data archiving, and ETL job performance to enhance system responsiveness and reduce processing loads. InfoBatch & Reporting Enhancements: Tune Infobatch reports, optimize EHR/EDR queries, and implement workflow data purging to resolve time-out and performance issues.

·        Required Skills & Experience:

·        5 years of experience in Syncade MES implementation,configuration, and optimization.

·        Strong expertise in SQL Server, InfoBatch, BarTender, and API-based integrations.

·        Experience in ETL optimization, data archival, and high- load system performance tuning.

·        Knowledge of Windows Server, enterprise IT infrastructure, and automated testing frameworks. .

·        Strong problem-solving skills with experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing IT systems.
