What you'll do :
Partner with BCBAs to design and implement personalized ABA therapy programs.Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD.Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.Track progress and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness.Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.Who you are :

Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED) and an interest in psychology / behavioral health / child development / mental healthCollege enrollment or degree preferredGraduate students in ABA may apply as Behavior Technicians and receive clinical training and supervision hours as required by the BACBHealth & Safety Requirements :
Reliable transportationAbility to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and / or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stanceTraining and Development :

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
