Job Description :
Position Summary : The Loupe Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling components of surgical loupes and coaxial headlights with superior magnification and resolution for healthcare clinicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Under direct supervision, follows work instructions when assembling sub-components of surgical loupes per customer specifications through the utilization of machinery, fixtures, and at times hand tools.
- Sets up machinery and fixtures per work instructions to ensure quality products.
- Performs quality checks via visual inspection and testing equipment to avoid rework and scrapping of product / material.
- Completes all required documentation per quality policies and procedures.
- Immediately reports productivity and quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Reports damaged material, tooling, and / or machinery to the appropriate personnel for prompt repair or replacement.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety and quality.
- Reads, comprehends, and complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Manufacturing Instructions (MIs).
- Participates in continuous improvement activities through the Envista Business System (EBS) including Kaizens, 5S events, Standard Work workshops, Kanban, and Kamishibai.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical / dental / vision benefits, 401K match, and / or other applicable compensation plans.
