Job Description :
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Retention will be responsible for driving utilization of Ormco solutions and upsell / cross-sell opportunities amongst current customers. The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional commercial team to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that will accelerate above-market growth while meeting organizational objectives.
Responsibilities will include contributing to the North American marketing retention plan, downstream commercial strategies and tactics, new product launch execution, outbound marketing content and innovative business solutions to address market trends.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute targeted email drip and nurture campaigns utilizing marketing automation (HubSpot) and data-mining CRM tools across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging). Optimize campaigns using A / B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate.
- Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns
- Partner with Brand and Product marketing to develop key messaging points and direct response creative across mediums
- Develop email best practices to share with stakeholders across the organization including creative, marketing, ecommerce
- Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI
- Have a strong pulse on relevant trends, consumer insights, and technologies that impact our industry and the way customers base buying decisions.
- Work closely with legal, regulatory, finance and other cross functional partners to effectively navigate the internal and external environment to achieve desired results.
- Be a self-starter, detail oriented and adhere to and implement processes and protocols
- Be a team player who collaborates and communicates effectively
- Demonstrate that you are a dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader view of business objectives, but still skilled at managing projects and the details therein to completion, on-time and on-budget
