Sales Operations Manager, Special Markets

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Sales Operation & Reporting Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is essential in supporting one of our fastest growing Sales group with their contracting processes and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This is a highly critical role that will influence decision making with our business partners based on data and while streamlining processes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. May be assigned as needed to duties not listed here :

Process Improvement :

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contracting efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management and reporting.
• Implement processes that enable accurate tracking of Dental Service Organizations performance (DSOs) along with other members of the team
