Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Total Rewards and HR Operations Leader as we drive a major evolution of our people strategies and programs. This global leadership role presents an opportunity to reimagine the company's approach to compensation, benefits and HR operations. You will oversee the delivery of all global compensation, benefits, and mobility programs for the enterprise. You will work closely with HR leadership, leaders throughout the company, and the Board of Directors to ensure total rewards design and delivery align strategically with business objectives and enabling the business to maintain market leadership, drive revenue, manage expense, and comply with evolving compensation regulations. You will drive standard processes and efficiencies through HR Shared Services and oversee the HRIS infrastructure to provide consistent and accurate data management and to enable streamlined / effective HR programs and processes.
Initial focus in addition to learning the business will be to support executive pay plans and initiatives as well as to review and evolve the company's approach to incentive compensation across the organization to ensure alignment with the organization's growth trajectory and desire to attract, motivate and inspire top talent.

- Lead and influence a compelling and innovative compensation and benefits strategy for Envista Holdings aimed at attracting and retaining our exceptionally talented, diverse workforce spanning 50 countries.
- Oversee all reward programs, including the design, planning, implementation, administration, compliance and communication of base salary compensation, variable compensation, equity programs and benefits at all levels, including executive compensation.
- Create and deliver progressive approaches to compensation and benefits that will attract, retain, and engage a diverse and empowered global workforce.
- Continuously evaluate compensation, benefits, and mobility programs to ensure they align with the company's business and talent strategies including the promotion of equity and fairness through transparency.
- Develop and continuously improve compensation infrastructure and processes; establish metrics to monitor impact and effectiveness.
- Assist business unit HR Relationship Leaders and other teams with best practices for compensation in both union and non-union environments.
- Establish, communicate, and deliver globally effective health and welfare benefits, well-being plans, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits that are market competitive, cost efficient, and meet the needs of our employees across the globe.
- Ensure all global compensation, benefit and mobility programs and processes meet the local legal and compliance requirements of the locations in which they exist.
