Job Title: Patient Administrative Coordinator
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (Near East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 (Dependent on Experience)
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!
About the Role:
The Patient Administrative Coordinator (PAC) or Patient Floor Coordinator is a vital member of our clinical support team, serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and multiple departments. This role primarily supports remote patients returning for continued care, and ensures seamless communication and coordination throughout their treatment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned group of remote patients returning to Envita.
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and assigned care coordinators to ensure patient needs are communicated and met in real time.
• Greet and support patients when they are physically in clinic, ensuring a warm and organized experience.
• Triage acute or fast-moving needs (e.g., referrals, prior authorizations) for non-active floor patients.
• Collaborate with multiple coordinators to support department operations and workflow.
• Provide assistance with lab kits, paperwork, and other administrative needs.
Qualifications:
• A servant’s heart with a strong desire to support and advocate for patients.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with navigating various software systems.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or patient-facing administrative role is preferred.
