At EnviTec Biogas Service LLC, USA our Service Technicians will work with perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on site at our client's Biogas Facilities that have been bult by EnviTec. We provide 24/7 technical support for troubleshooting, and enrollment in our maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Service and Maintenance on electronic (PLC/HMI) and mechanical spare parts or components in the field.
- Problem solving mentality - troubleshooting, diagnosis and evaluation/how to repair
- Technical support during commissioning of new Biogas Plants
- Customer support / part of the hotline team 24/7
- Customer training
- Organize and execute preventative maintenance services across multiple sites
- Support to organizing of local warehouse (together with technical back office)
- Support to order of spare parts & technicians (together with technical back office)
- Support Biological Service (support from Germany)
- Drive a company van to customer locations for service calls.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as scheduled in case of emergencies or unexpected maintenances.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude with understanding of electrical/controls or
- Strong electrical/controls expereince with willingness for mechanical work.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of pumps, compressors, valves, sensors, and other processing equipment.
- Ability to work from engineering drawings and operational manuals.
- Preference for candidates with anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading experience.
- Ability to work independently or as a team to solve problems efficiently.
- Background with PLC preferred.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time to sites. Intrastate travel as well.
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School diploma or GED
- Familiarity with OSHA safe work practices.

Pay: $28.85 - $38.46 per hour
