Working Conditions:
This role requires working in an outdoor environment, occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees. You must be willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. You will also be required to work at high places more than 175 feet, use man lifts, and work in confined spaces. You must maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and overnight to address unexpected site issues with or without notice.
Physical Requirements:
You will need to be able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and crawling and pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day. You must be able to work in high places more than 175 feet, use man lifts, and work in confined spaces. You must also be able to work around moving equipment and machinery. You should be able to pull and lift up to 50 lbs. You must be able to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

- Operating heavy equipment such as loaders, cranes, and ship loaders to safely load bulk unpackaged materials.
- Following all regulations and safety guidelines to meet load rates and quality targets.
- Ensuring vessel loading is correct, including load rate, gate control, and fine mitigation.
- Understanding load plans and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately recording cargo handled, including weights, measurements, and quantities.
Requirements:

- Ability to work multiple shift schedules and rotating shifts as required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and schedule to meet deadlines.
