- Inspect roller heads to determine if they require maintenance or repair.
- Disassemble roller heads according to proper procedures.
- Rebuild roller heads using correct parts and tools.
- Install bearings for roller head assembly with correct parts.
- Perform grease purging of roller head assemblies and grease blocks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as lubrication, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment maintenance.
