Job Description
The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for ensuring proper preventive maintenance is completed on critical and auxiliary machinery associated with 24/7 pellet manufacturing. This involves meticulous adherence to approved procedures, identification and documentation of out-of-specification equipment, and submission for follow-on inspection/corrective maintenance as applicable.
- Perform routine lubrication preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on all machinery and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair identified issues
- Monitoring and maintaining inventories of fuel, oil, filters, etc.
Requirements
A minimum of ten years experience working in a manufacturing environment is required. Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge and skills in hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment are essential. OSHA 10 General Industry certification and ability to pass Enviva generated hazard recognition test are also required.
