Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be knowledgeable of Medicare and Medicaid process
- Must be knowledgeable in current PC applications and use computer proficiently.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong aptitude for written and verbal correspondence
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required preferably in marketing / sales or communications.
- Two to Four years related experience in related field and one year in health care setting preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
