As an Assistant Account Executive, you will support our efforts to build strong customer relationships and help grow our client base. You’ll work closely with our Design and Production teams to ensure we deliver excellent service and meet our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with buyers by keeping in regular contact and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in creating engaging sales presentations for buyer meetings that effectively showcase our products.
- Prepare and organize line sheets to ensure accurate and appealing product information is available.
- Create and update item setups in customer portals to facilitate smooth order processing.
- Help manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring everything is handled efficiently.
- Keep informed about the latest trends in home design and décor to better support our clients.
- Develop knowledge of the assigned product categories to assist buyers and enhance sales efforts.
- Help refresh and update showroom displays to maintain a visually appealing presentation of our products.
- Work closely with the Production team to assist with samples and stay updated on order completion timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in Customer Service/Administrative Support/Sales/Marketing/Buying in fashion, wholesale, home goods, or consumer products.
- Versatile, self-motivated, and innovative individual with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a group.
- Proficient in MS Office suite; excellent Excel skills.
- Eager to stay current on design trends in the consumer home market.
- Working knowledge of home textiles (bedding, pillows, table/kitchen linen), fabrics, textile printing methods, and embroideries is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year*
