As a Junior Textile Designer at EnVogue, you will support the design and development of textile products across multiple home categories, including bedding, towels, shower curtains, table linens, and pillows. You will assist in creating prints, patterns, and textures while gaining hands-on experience with material selection and product construction. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to contribute fresh ideas and grow within a dynamic design team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing original designs across various home textile categories, including prints, weaves, and textures.
- Conduct trend research and gather market insights to support design direction.
- Prepare and organize artwork, colorways, and technical specifications for production.
- Work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, including product development and sourcing, to ensure feasibility and quality of designs.
- Communicate with manufacturing partners to refine textile techniques, ensuring design accuracy and production efficiency.
- Support the selection and coordination of materials, colors, and textures to align with brand identity and customer preferences.
- Maintain digital and physical design archives for reference and future development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in textile, surface, or product design (internships or academic projects are a plus).
- Basic understanding of textile construction, materials, and print techniques.
- Strong sense of color, pattern, and design composition.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawing is a plus.
- Ability to translate design concepts into clear, production-ready artwork.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year*
