The BCBA will be joining a small team of dedicated professionals serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan. We provide quality in-home and community-based ABA services to both children and adults and are looking for BCBAs with a passion for serving their community and supporting the clients we serve. Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in behavior, social services, or related field.
- Nationally certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified/licensed in accordance with state requirements.
- Meets BACB requirements to supervise other behavior analytic practitioners.
- Two or more years’ experience providing ABA services.
- Experience working with children and adults.
- Experience with clinic-based and community-based service delivery.
- Solid computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Able and willing to work some hours outside of normal working hours to respond to emergencies or to otherwise meet the needs of the people we serve and their families/caregivers.
- Consistent access to reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record and proof of insurance per the Company’s insurance guidelines.
- Pass background check and other regularly scheduled screening requirements per company guidelines.
- Commitment to adhere to the ethical standards outlined by the Company and the governing board (BACB).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
- Adhere to weekly schedule expectations: Availability and willingness to work number of hours per week in line with employment status during core hours, which typically fall between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday but may fluctuate depending on the needs of the Company, program, or caseload.
- Meet or exceed billable hour expectation as outlined at onset of hiring, or as revised by supervisor.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA laws.
- Participate in performance management system, inclusive of feedback surveys/checklists.
- Maintain schedule and availability across all platforms pertaining to employment status and position.
- Monitor and assist with scheduling of all direct reports.
- Accurate and timely submission of timesheets/billing.
- Accurate and timely completion of all forms, reports, service/case notes, assessments/evaluations, disclosures, permissions, and documentation required by the Company and insurers.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures (e.g., timekeeping, attendance, dress code).
- Adhere to expectations outlined within employee manual.
- Implement behavior plans and data collection with treatment integrity.
- Provide modeling and training on behavior plans to staff and caregivers.
- Maintain professionalism in all aspects of position/employment.
- Receive and deliver feedback in a constructive manner. Be open to peer review and collaboration, promote cooperative working relationships and a positive team atmosphere in order to maintain highest level quality service.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues for betterment of the team, department, Company, and field.
- Participate in practitioner development opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
