As a Maintenance Technician at Envolve Client Services Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents in apartment communities throughout the southeastern United States.

As a key member of this team, your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance tasks on swimming systems, property management equipment, and other critical facilities within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on swimming systems, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections
- Conduct regular inspections of property management equipment to identify potential issues or needed repairs
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of community facilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
