Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing general maintenance and repairs, applying specialized skills, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- HVAC certification
- Three or more years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
