Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?
An as Analyst, Envoy Inventory Repair you will have a direct impact on providing the resources needed to help our passengers get to their destination in a timely manner through management of the Repair P2P process.
You will develop relationships with Envoy suppliers to manage their turn time performance, evaluate and approve repair pricing, ensure parts are repaired to Envoy specification, enabling parts to be available to complete routine and non-routine return of aircraft to revenue operations.
Additionally, you will work hand in hand with multiple internal departments to ensure the repairs are going to the right locations, being processed through receiving and paid in a timely manner. To do this, you will collaborate with Inventory Distribution, perform analysis and communication with warehousing to resolve paperwork issues and follow up to resolve invoice issues with Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities
- Work with outside suppliers to ensure cost effective and high quality component repairs, and internal departments to ensure smooth component repair processes and supply availability
- Research and enforce warranties
- Analyze and negotiate repair costs, while complying with processes to record and approve repair quotes
- Ensure repairs are performed expeditiously and update tracking systems with repair and shipping status
- Analyze root causes for supply chain shortcomings and recommend solutions
- Participates in the thorough analysis of various fleet component reliability issues as requested by internal customers and management
- Perform analyses to determine the cost effectiveness of repairing, replacing or scrapping components
Qualifications

Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business
- Experience with Statistical and financial analysis
- Experience with Microsoft products including Excel and Access
- Limited ability to travel as needed
- Must have high attention to detail and the ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
- Posses highly effective written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates the practice of Competence, Consistency, Curiosity, Connection, and Courage when assigned duties
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain concepts, statistics, inventory operations and control preferred
- Technical knowledge of aircraft components, systems or aircraft component repair administration preferred
