How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
- Responsible for FAA mandated record keeping for Envoy pilots
- Tracks and records training events for all pilots.
- Ensure accuracy of records of pilot training/qualification in the FOS system
- Monitor and track the progression of student training events such as IOE hours and line checks
- Update in-house tracking database (WinPTTRS), FOS (flight operating system)
- Audit all pilot records to ensure compliance with all applicable TSA, Federal Aviation Regulations and company policy
- Enter and maintain training records and related data
- The position will involve working both in a team and independently
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently and exercise effective time-management skills
- Working experience in airline operations preferred
- Working knowledge of SABRE/DECS preferred
- FOS knowledge preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, & MATCH preferred
- Knowledge of VBA Macros preferred
