Responsibilities
- Responsible for the audit of aircraft and component records/data in computer systems
- Ability to learn new software applications as needed
- Research aircraft documents
- Update company systems through data entry
- Ability to prioritize work projects in order to meet competing deadlines, show initiative and critical thinking skills
- Maintain all aircraft maintenance records. Tasks must be performed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Flexible with work demands, capable of adapting to constant change as well as have the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
Qualifications

Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to speak/write and be understood by peers, internal and external customers
- Must possess excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills and to compose routine correspondence
- Working knowledge of standard computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Collect mail ranging in weight from a few ounces to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
