The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development with 10 years of experience selling directly to healthcare organizations, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Transitional Care Units (TCUs), and Senior Living Communities. This individual will leverage their deep industry relationships and expertise to drive new business, expand our footprint, and position Envoy America as the premier transportation solution for healthcare organizations and senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors at leading healthcare organizations, SNFs, TCUs, and Senior Living Communities.
· Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging existing connections and building new ones to accelerate growth.
· Develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue, expand our customer base, and position Envoy America as the industry leader in patient and resident transportation solutions.
· Articulate industry challenges and demonstrate how Envoy America’s specialized transportation services solve these critical issues.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless implementation of new partnerships.
· Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are:
· A seasoned sales executive with 10 years of proven success selling directly to healthcare organizations, SNFs, TCUs, and Senior Living Communities.
· A strategic thinker with a strong network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level relationships in the healthcare and senior living spaces.
· An industry insider who knows who-is-who, and someone that key decision-makers already recognize, trust, and respect for their great reputation, reliability, ethics, and integrity.
· An expert in the challenges facing the healthcare and senior living industries, with the ability to clearly articulate how Envoy America’s solutions address these challenges.
· A self-starter with a relentless drive to secure new partnerships, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
· A natural communicator and negotiator, capable of influencing high-level decision-makers.
· A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree is a plus.
