Job Description
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- You take care of the dispatching duties for existing clients.
- Answer incoming driver and customer calls.
- Search various truck load boards for load opportunities.
- Book loads and accurately input load and driver related information into the dispatch system.
- Ensure that all trucks are covered in a timely manner.
- Monitors pick-ups and deliveries and notifies customer of any deviation from the schedule.
- Instruct driver of the location for load delivery and pick-up.
- Ensures that ETD's and ETA's remain accurate.
- You can develop relationships and recruit new owner operators or small fleets!
- We pay commission for every new client you bring in.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years freight dispatching experience.
- Working knowledge of State and Federal safety regulations (including hours of service)
