What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at Envoy, Inc. - Construction & Development?
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining stabilized occupancy and ensuring the overall upkeep of the Elevate Brownsburg community, featuring 113 office suites and shared coworking spaces. You’ll manage the leasing process from lead generation to move-in, build community relationships, and oversee third-party vendor services.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Brownsburg, IN with Envoy.
Location: must live within 15-20 minutes of Brownsburg
What you’ll do:
Leasing and Property Management:
- Implement the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, recommend adjustments, and develop retention strategies.
- Take prospects on tours, coordinate move-ins/outs, and oversee license compliance and building standards.
- Conduct property inspections, report maintenance needs, and follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolutions.
Customer Service & Community Engagement:
- Greet visitors, assist with building technology, and direct them as needed.
- Build strong relationships with licensees to promote satisfaction and retention, and a positive community environment.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in shared areas, including conference rooms and coworking spaces.

Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2 years of leasing/property management experience with proven results.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Appfolio experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve disputes and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and operating office equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
