Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Member:
- The Customer Service Team Member will engage with customers with the goal of enrolling them into new service agreements
- Deliver superior sales presentations to customers with the goal of identifying their needs and recommending the best products or services to fit their needs
- Assist in the daily operations and growth in a retail environment.
- Track all sales interactions
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on training and mentorship from industry leaders
- Drive performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
