What You'll Do :
- Leveraging referrals from our partner agents, you will build long term relationships
- Utilize CRM to manage lead pipeline hitting conversion metrics from prospect to close
- Meet with clients to gain an understanding of their financial goals and challenges
- Recommend loan products to fit their goals and our lending guidelines
- Maintain a current knowledge of our loan products and regulations
- Gain a thorough understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
- Work with the client, processors, underwriters and operations team to expedite the process and ensure a smooth and timely closing
- Utilize professional and practical judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good credit opportunities for the organization, and which are high risk.
Skills You Have :
Pay : 18 per hour plus per file bonus.
