About the Role :
This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding sales position that encompasses all aspects of selling, from lead management, to closing business, and developing deep relationships with customers. We strive to be a trusted advisor to our customers and help them navigate the world of CX technology solutions, so you will need to bring an opinion to the table and know how to communicate it effectively.
What you'll be responsible for :
- Establish and foster relationships with technology partners Account Executives (i.e. Zendesk, ServiceNow, Intercom, Forethought and more) and work collaboratively to engage new potential clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers while working to fully understand their business needs and organizational challenges
- Strategically break into new net logos to meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Increase existing customer bookings and grow account revenue
- Manage your business pipeline in Salesforce and develop strategies for long-term sustained growth
- Lead and manage all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting, leader qualification, project scopes, generate presentations and SOWs, and negotiate contracts as required
- Continual collaboration with internal delivery organization
