We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our in-office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, understanding their needs, and setting up opportunities for our Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities
• Identify and contact potential clients via cold calls, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Gather insights on customer needs and challenges.
• Schedule meetings and demos for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Assist in initial discovery meetings and transition leads to the sales team.
• Stay informed about market trends to refine outreach strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferred).
• Ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Requirements
• Experience: 1 year in sales or business development (preferred).

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
