GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:


  • Standardize and optimize commercial capabilities to achieve business growth and market share goals
  • Define, execute, reinforce, monitor, and evolve a repeatable sales process in a dynamic, growth environment.
  • Enable all revenue producing roles at Envu to be highly productive and successful
  • Identify skill gaps, design and implement enablement programs, and drive sales execution




YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:



  • Collaborate with regional CEX to implement training/tools related to new capabilities, campaigns and products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement performance-improving tools, methods, and trainings
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools, technologies, and methods to improve sales force effectiveness
  • Drive change management initiatives ensuring successful adoption of processes and technologies
  • Manage and drive adoption of Envu’s value selling sales process facilitating collaboration with cross-functional to achieve commercial targets, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and gain new customers.
  • Align all customer-facing, revenue-generating teams around Envu’s value selling sales process
  • Implement and adjust comprehensive monitoring frameworks for regular sales performance analyses and measure the impact and effectiveness of sales process initiatives on behavior change and key objectives.
  • Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales processes and adoption; adjust regularly when need-be to adapt to business changes.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of internal methodologies and processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities as well as conducting opportunity analysis toward identifying areas for improvement
  • Build role-based sales training curriculum for Envu’s commercial operations focused on enhancing product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement and sales leadership.
  • Oversee learning needs assessment to define gaps in skills. Lead the implementation of effective learning mix (live/virtual instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning, …) with best practices of instructional design.
  • Manage sales content in LMS to efficiently deliver training withseamless integration of materials
  • Lead the creation and standardization of Launch Excellence models from early planning to post-launch - Develop product launch training ensuring sales is equipped to effectively launch.
  • Ensure that all training initiatives are fully supported and documented within legal and compliance standards
  • Stay informed of industry regulations/guidelines ensuring training content adheres to compliance and ethical standards
  • Collaborates with corporate learning and development and HR partners to identify synergies and leverage resources collectively




ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?


Main requirements:



  • Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus degree in, e.g., science, business, agriculture
  • 8 years of relevant experience in sales, sales training, sales effectiveness or sales operations, preferably in life sciences, or similar industries
  • Experience implementing and evolving sales processes and methodologies, delivering world-class enablement, and improving sales leadership capabilities
  • Experience in development and delivery of sales/commercial training (workshop, virtual, e-learning,…)
  • Ability to detect future opportunities and to translate them into strategy and concrete actions/projects
  • High analytical and communicative abilities
  • Proven record to facilitate dialogues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly developed ability to communicate succinctly complex ideas and processes to stakeholders
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time prioritizing key growth strategic initiatives
