Lash Extension Technician

Envy Esthetics is looking for a lash artist to join our studio! This role is ideal for a technician who specializes in natural-looking lash extensions and wants to grow in a professional, welcoming environment. We provide paid training to learn our techniques and lash styles, as well as training for lash lift services. You'll also have the opportunity to learn additional skills such as eyebrow shaping and laminations. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to provide excellent services to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lash extension services, specializing in natural-looking styles
• Learn and provide lash lift services
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences and facial features, providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services, and be knowledgeable about their ingredients and benefits to better serve clients
• Ensure each client receives exceptional service by engaging with them, personalizing their experience, and recommending complementary products, samples, and services
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest service experience and drive sales
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and additional assigned areas, including reception, backroom, and break area
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio on social media platforms

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay vs. commission—whichever is higher at the end of each pay period
• Pay rates are based on experience
• Includes gratuity, commission, and bonus pay

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of PA

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
